The Pearson's Carlsbad Beach Vacation

Another day in Paradise ...

We drove down the Pacific coast last week with a cold front predicted by the news .. Naaa ... it is always perfect when we go on vacation .. Sooo the Pearson picked seashells, bobbed in the waves, fed the birds by hand, saw my Dad and family, and relaxed in the Carlsbad Hotel and Spa right by the beach ... we sat and ate dinner and watched the sunset from our hotel balcony set into the water .. very nice ...

A couple from KY was also going for a late night swim, and they just handed us 4 tickets to Legoland that they weren't going to use, so we walked over there and enjoyed the park .. Blake got on the big roller coaster and loved it .. Emily not so much : ) but she did it .. I loved it

Last night we went to the UNLV football game .. I love my Rebels .. (even when we lose)

Did any one else catch the game highlights ... Dont Blink ... Watch it, it is worth it ..

We cant wait for halloween night .. everyone is coming over and we promise it will be a a great night !! Stay tuned !!

Birthdays and Rainbows

Beleive me when I say I am Blessed ..

A RAINBOW even decided yesterday to park over our home .. No pot of the gold in the backyard but next week, I will tear up the attic looking .. Things have just been going our way .. Thank God for that ..

Nothing BIG today but wanted to keep everyone up with fresh posts ..

I got the opportunity to teach at UNLV last week I taught a great computer class "Migrating to Office 2007" .. It was a great experience, I enjoy working with new people .. I feel like I actually help someone, more than just making more of the same reports every month ..

Today .. I have jury duty, hope for OJ trial : ) .. it is a zoo downtown cause of TV camera crews .. Maybe See ya in all in Feb' .. I can't post if I am juror ...

Back from Utah Cabin Vacation !!!

We were blessed with the chance to make time, and to take a long weekend, up in the cool S. Utah mtns in a spectacular cabin ..

What a great time I let Emily Bo Peep go live her dream and chase the wild sheep .. She tried hard ..

The sky opened up and poured all weekend for our amusement with rain and hail at times .. a great addition .. rain is nice from your cabin window, not so great from your windshield ..

Enjoy new pics and I will upload a video tonight too .. We hiked .. Emily adopted a butterfly and set it free in the river .. : )

Blake tried to fill the river and lakes in with rocks and jump off anything he could find ..

Wish you all could be there .. but it was nice to be away ...

Happy 4th of July all .. Its hot in Vegas .. but it was a great day of parades, fireworks, swimming in the pool , and some of the best Rib Eyes on the BBQ .. Good times and happy memories ..
